When placing an order send us as much information as possible. Information such as name, address, daytime phone number, item number, ring size and stone preference.

If ordering online we need the above information along with your credit card number, type of card, expiration date, and name on the card. Credit card information is not nessesary  because we confirm all orders by phone but it may speed up your purchase.

REPAIR SERVICE

When using our repair service simply send us the jewelry properly insured, we are not responsible for item lost or damaged during shipping. We will confirm all repairs when received by E-mail with a estimate. Any repair estimate not excepted, will be charged for the return shipping & handling.
